Bashe Dairy Farm currently produces 20,000 litres of fresh milk a day from a 2,000-strong Friesian dairy herd. Our determined target is to triple that to 60,000 litres within two years — not through aspiration, but through a specific operational plan.
That plan rests on three pillars: continued herd expansion, precision nutrition through our Total Mixed Ration feeding system, and stronger veterinary and milking infrastructure across the estate.
Every additional litre is also a step toward anchoring a full-scale dairy processing facility — one capable of turning raw milk into pasteurised milk, yoghurt, cream, butter and cheese at genuinely commercial volumes for the Tanzanian market.
